Yuletide Event

Our Yuletide event held on 13thDecember at the Unicorn hosted by John Warnett was very well attended, with a great curry!

Maidstone & The Weald MP Helen Grant was on hand and gave an insightful presentation on being an MP.

News for the Village – January 2014

Super Fast Broadband

Is has come to our attention that Super Fast BT Infinity Broadband should soon be coming to Marden!

The BT OpenReach website was recently updated forecasting SuperFast Broadband will be here in March 2014.

OpenReach vans have been seen in the village recently, so hopefully work is well under way to get us connected to the Super Fast FibreOptic services.

Play Equipment

Marden Parish Council are hoping to replace the play equipment in Marden Playing Field.

A consultation for parents and children will be held at John Banks Hall on Friday 24th January, 11:45 – 12:45 and 14:30 – 16:30
